At AlipayHK, I contributed to strengthening the brand’s presence during an important phase of international growth. My role focused on bringing a user-centric design approach to both digital and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across platforms and touchpoints.

I worked on enhancing the mobile app and website, introducing redesigns that improved usability and created a more seamless experience for customers. I also developed illustrations, wallet visuals, and branded characters that connected with users and reflected Alipay’s identity in a relatable way.

Beyond product interfaces, I supported marketing and social media campaigns that highlighted new features and services, helping the brand engage its audience and expand its reach.

This experience not only deepened my expertise in fintech branding and UX, but also gave me the opportunity to collaborate with multicultural teams and learn how design can support trust, utility, and accessibility in a fast-moving global market.
